Bug0 provides AI-powered, human-verified end-to-end browser testing, integrated with your GitHub repositories and deployment environments. The service helps teams automate and scale QA without managing complex infrastructure.

Bug0 is available to individuals and organizations including freelancers, open-source projects, startups, and enterprises. You must be at least 13 years old to use our service.

Access to Bug0 requires creating an account or authenticating via a third-party provider (e.g., GitHub or SSO). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Bug0 operates on a monthly subscription model. Pricing starts at $250/month and scales based on usage. Enterprise plans are custom-priced. Free trials and open-source discounts are available upon request.

If you're unsatisfied with Bug0, you may request a refund within 90 days of your initial subscription. Refunds are issued at our discretion.

You may cancel your subscription at any time by providing 30 days' notice via email or your account dashboard. Service will continue through the end of your billing period.

You agree not to:

• Abuse or overload our test infrastructure
• Use Bug0 to test or operate illegal or malicious applications
• Reverse engineer, resell, or repurpose our service without written permission

Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

Bug0 may suspend or terminate your access for any violation of these Terms, abuse of the platform, non-payment, or at our sole discretion.

For non-enterprise users, Bug0 is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. For enterprise customers, we offer a 99.9% uptime SLA.

With your consent, we may use your name, logo, or feedback in customer stories, testimonials, or promotional materials. We may also use third-party analytics and advertising services, including Meta (Facebook) Pixel, to improve our marketing efforts and provide relevant content.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
