Modes stopped working
This morning when leaving the house, we changed the mode to Away. Upon return, we tried to change it to Home. The IOS phone app indicates that it has changed but it is notifying & announcing as if it is still in Away mode. Switching to Disarm mode does nothing.

Motion alert notifications stopped after adding a ring camera to a new location. Motion event are still being recorded but not receiving any notifications. All Motion alerts are enabled.

Time Stamp Overlay Not Available on Downloaded Video
Hello! Can someone please help? I need to export a video to provide to the police for evidence and when I download the mp4 the video doesn't contain the time stamp on the video itself. The other issue is that the link to the video has expired. Is there a way to turn this feature on or is this a know
