This intimate monthly gathering is limited to 8 participants to ensure a focused, heart-centered environment. Whether you are looking to clear heavy energy, find mental clarity, or simply experience a deep state of relaxation, you are welcome exactly as you are.

What to Expect:
- Guided grounding and intention setting
- A channeled transmission of 4 unique Light Languages
- Space for quiet integration and brief reflection

What to Bring: Please bring a yoga mat or pillow for floor seating (several chairs are available for those who prefer them), water, and a journal for noting any insights.

Skylark is an eclectic contemporary string ensemble based in northern Vermont. With decades of experience in the professional music community, Skylark’s sound and repertoire challenge the boundaries between classical and folk traditions, creating innovative and original works for all audiences. Influenced by the Nordic, Celtic and American regions, Skylark’s music is melody-driven with unique energy, irresistible flair and undeniable beauty.

Known for their vibrant quartet concerts, Skylark is also an avid collaborator. Recent concert projects have included performances with Guster, Henry Jamison, Mary Bonhag, the Solaris vocal ensemble and an album recording with Jazz trumpeter Connor Young.

Violinist, teacher and curator Jane Kittredge can be seen and heard performing with numerous ensembles across the northeast. A graduate of the Mannes College of Music (BM, MM), she is a member of the Vermont Symphony Orchestra and is the Violin Professor at UVM’s School of the Arts.

Violist Ana Ruesink is an active freelance musician and performs with orchestras and chamber groups throughout the region. With degrees from Swarthmore College and UVM, she teaches viola from her home and at the UVM School of the Arts.

Ben Lively is a versatile violinist and multi-instrumentalist with a wide-ranging musical background including classical, jazz, bluegrass, and tango music. He holds degrees from Middlebury College and Parisian jazz conservatory Centre des Musiques Didier Lockwood.

John Dunlop has been playing music for audiences in the northeast for over thirty years as principal cello with Vermont Symphony as well as many other regional ensembles. He teaches the next generation of cellists at his private studio in Richmond VT.

Now in its sixth year, “Broadway in Vermont” (Registered Trade Name) returns to Duxbury with some of Broadway's leading stars heading to the Green Mountains for a special outdoor concert event. Vermonter Merritt David Janes, who most recently starred in the Original Broadway cast of “SMASH” and “Back to the Future”, will perform with his friends on Monday, July 20st at 6:00 PM on the grounds at Moose Meadow Lodge in Duxbury. Enjoy hits from classic and contemporary Broadway musicals, along with some original songs. The singers, accompanied by a live band, will perform songs intermingled with stories about their professional journeys. The event will be an intimate look at some of the most legendary musicals and life as a Broadway performer. Gates open at 5:00 PM for picnicking. Parking is limited. Carpooling is encouraged. Food will be available for purchase from JDK BBQ and The Udder Guys ice cream. Tickets are $45 general admission, $30 for students and children, and are available online at moosemeadowlodge.net.

Broadway in Vermont offers a magical concert experience in the Green Mountains of Central Vermont. Guests walk through wooded paths to reach a peaceful setting with a scenic trout pond and mountain views. The natural acoustics of the forest will make the music touch your soul.

What will this class actually look like?
Let’s get quiet together!

I view this less as a class and more as quiet time together. I’m here for questions and guidance, and to help you access the real magic of stillness.

You’ll get comfy and oriented. Grab a mat, bolster, pillow, blanket, writing pad, tea- whatever you desire that will help you feel safe, comfortable, and focused. Make yourself at home. Mats, pillows, and blankets are in the hallway and the Flow Room.

Settle in, and at the 15-minute mark, we’ll be quiet together for 30 minutes. When the 30 minutes ends, feel free to stay quiet or share questions, thoughts, or insights. You’ll go on with your day with new vigor. Or, you can stay if you wish. Check out the space options on the Shared Office Space page and keep your slow vibe going!
