Note that whilst appointments are booked in blocks of 1 hour, your appointment times will be for a duration of 45 minutes with 15 minutes allowed for writing treatment notes by the GAO.

You must be a current ECU student to use our GAO services. Please have your Student ID ready when you attend your appointment.

Terms of use

GAO appointments can be Face to Face or by Telehealth/Telephone. Please specify your preference in the NOTES sections when you book in, as well as your course and brief details of your issue.

PLEASE DO NOT ATTEND FACE TO FACE/IN PERSON APPOINTMENTS IF YOU HAVE ANY COLD/FLU/COVID SYMPTOMS WHATSOEVER, OR IF YOU HAVE BEEN A CLOSE CONTACT OF A CONFIRMED COVID CASE. In this instance please let us know and we can do your appointment via Telehealth or Telephone. We reserve the right to ask you to leave if you display cold/flu symptoms.
