Participate in the filmed performance of delia diedrich's Singing in an Amniotic Yoke!!!
Singing in an Amniotic Yoke is a work for choir of any skillset. It is a piece opening the space for individuals to connect with their bodies in space, and then using their voice to connect to the bodies and voices of a group of beings. No preparation or music reading necessary. Upon receiving all signups, I will share a further explanation including announcement of date & time, preferred dress for video shoot, etc.

For this performance, we will gather in the yard of a friend's house in SW Detroit, a few blocks from E&L Supermarket. If you have access to transportation, please write "yes" below. If you would need a ride, please write "no - [what part of detroit you live in]". I will do my best to coordinate rides as needed - stay tuned.  *
Please indicate which dates you are currently available in the afternoon/evening - pre-sunset for this filmed performance. The piece itself is only 15-20 minutes, so I'm hoping to block 1.5-2ish hours MAX. This would include a connective warmup activity, explanation, and time to process/connect/snack afterwards.
