Do Placa Reial Hotel Gothic Quarter, Sonder By Marriott Bonvoy - Barcelona

The location is perfect with vibrant street life right outside. We loved lounging on our balcony, soaking in the atmosphere after a busy day. The staff's attention to detail made everything easier for our family, accommodating our needs for dining and sightseeing suggestions.

My kids wished for more kid-friendly menu options.

Exceptionally clean, small hotel.

The hotel was in a marvellous and beautiful location, on a beautiful inner plaza. I visited A tu Bola, plus it was located nearby.

This place is nice, and has free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a lovely sauna. The staff helped me return my forgotten jewelry, which I appreciated. Highly recommend experiencing the excellent service here! I'm coming back for a holiday.

The room was double superior and squeaky clean with a nice shower and a cosmetic mirror in the separate bathroom. The location seemed amazing in absolutely everything. The staff were fantastically friendly and outstandingly accommodating, it was a bonus.

The whole experience was excellent from start to finish, would recomand. The venue was reasonably clean and the staff were very knowledgeable. The rooms turned out to be brand-new and beautifully maintained with a complimentary welcome bottle of wine, a balcony. The hotel had incredible and lovely location short walk to the lovely Placa Reial next to La Rambla, delightful and buzzing historic square and a stunning plaza. Also, the property was not too far from Columbus Monument.

I had an amazing stay, especially enjoying the rooftop bar for cocktails and flavorful tapas. The breakfast buffet was great with gourmet options. The sauna time was a beautiful way to unwind after sightseeing. beverages and snacks delivered. I would come back here again.

The Junior Suite was beautiful. The room was really spacious, bright, comfortable and the decor was tasteful. The high ceilings and wooden beams reflected the traditional style of the square outside. We were really impressed by the staff; the turn-down service and their attention to detail.

Breakfast service out on the terrace was quite slow which was disappointing as everything else about the service in the hotel was of a really high standard. We were a little surprised.

Great stay with a unique vibe!

I stayed for 3 nights and loved the location-so close to La Rambla! The staff was super friendly and cute. My room had tall ceilings and was super clean. I got daily treats from a sweet lady. One thing, though-the rooftop pool was a bit too tiny for my liking.

Could be noisy at times

From the moment we were greeted with a glass of wine to the moment we left the next day, the stay was superb. The hotel was located right on the plaza,which was so convenient but yet quiet.There was a breakfast servedon the outdoor terrace ( included )And I might add the boutique hotel and rooms were gorgeous, decorated in a classic style. This is definetly the place to stay in Barcelona!

Would recommend for a brief retreat

Charming hotel, inviting atmosphere, with a great location just steps from the liveliness of Liceu and a fantastic rooftop bar perfect.

Marvelous location, full of life and excitement; outstanding facility; attentive staff met every need and request with enthusiasm. 6 star restaurant, wonderful roof top bar and plaza level cafe. Our experience at do set the standard for all our other "5 star" hotels on a 30 day itinerary, only a few can compare. Barcelona was the highlight of our trip and we would never travel in this part of the world without visiting and staying at do.

I enjoyed the stylish decor and elegant ambiance throughout the hotel. The accessible layout made it easy for me to navigate. The common areas were beautifully designed.

Wi-Fi could be improved for better connectivity.
