I like how this kinda shows us more of Eurydice's and Michel's characters, even if this is an AU; we didn't get to see too much of them in Post Memory. I also really like the colour palate-it's really cozy. And the UI reminds me of Ace Attorney (which is fitting considering Eurydice's position lol)

How are names for characters chosen, by the way? Considering any word can technically be a name, I've just been wondering if the characters' names have special meanings or if they're named after real people. Also, I really like the name Florian :-) That's a name I'd want to have.

I couldn't find the pictures 'cause I kept forgetting to input certain numbers into a search for someone's username. I like how the little details that unravel the final mystery were shown at the end; I didn't realise I should've searched for Volume 1 of a certain book, considering we get a glimpse of Volume 2.

Cool mystery! I'll have to check out the Steam version when I get the chance.

i'm sooo closeeeee... 41/49 and i have Zero available photos that match the timeline T-T... finding out who's who is easy enough but all the pictures are running away from me. really fun game! i'm not giving up yet >:)

I wonder if it really is one of the Merry Minstrels or if, maybe, the multiple Minstrels was a diversion. The easiest way to clear one's name would be to come forward as the person who received the special invitation, but it is possible that the real culprit sent out extra letters to redirect suspicion away from non-Minstrel party-goers. Or maybe I'm overthinking this. We'll just have to wait and see...

I thought having a dozen Merry Minstrels instead of just one was suspicious! Perhaps one (or several) of them was involved in the theft.

it's interesting to me that, even after the 'end' of the game (the epilogue), Lenka/Baetyl/who or what the player character is will always return to the room with the television in it.
Also, (I just looked this up on google so it's probably at least a little bit inaccurate) 'baetyl' means 'sacred stone' and/or 'house of god', so it makes sense why the description of the game says 'a god preserved in stone'.
But also also, the name 'Lenka' means something to the effect of 'bright one', which is interesting to me because (I assume) we are playing as Lenka wandering her 'home', and there is only one room where the statue that represents the player character is emitting light in some way: labyrinth i.
In the other rooms, the lamps are the ones shining light, and the lamp is [more spoilers] what leads to the secret thing. It could be said that by figuring out how to get past each obstacle, we/Lenka are/is illuminating the way through, but it is stated that Lenka was not discovering new pathways, only following ones that others have previously gone through.

this game really got me thinking about things, especially since I got my first Very Short haircut today, and I'm not cis as well

it will always feel strange to me when something like this happens. if a cis woman wanted to get a buzz cut, or if the hairdresser didn't know the customer was trans, I feel like not as many questions would be asked.

it infuriates me that just because a woman is trans, she MUST present herself in a feminine manner, she MUST grow her hair out and feel good about it, she MUST do her best to pass as a woman and make a big deal out it of when she does. the same goes for trans men: he MUST keep his hair short, he MUST wear manly clothes and avoid anything remotely feminine, etc etc.

I also hate that to pass as a woman, one is expected to look like what is basically a trad wife. even though this kind of conversation would go differently with a cis woman, I still think that, had she also asked for a buzz cut, people like this hairdresser would also go "are you sure? are you sure? won't you look like a man?". women, in general, are expected to present themselves in a feminine manner, and this is especially exacerbated with trans women and passing.

sorry for the rant, i just have Many Thoughts, and they sometimes go in circles. rock whatever hairstyle you want, Alicia, and have a super time! :)

i really like this game! i beat it on my fifth/sixth try with many diamonds and money printers :) 🐸💲 this is a very addicting game, and i will play again to see if i can beat my high score (50,891) 👍

I just realised the person on the bridge in the ending screen is the person in the space exploration book, and I think that's pretty neat. That also kind of implies that either the person we play as is the person in the book, or the person in the book lives here and we just happened to get stuck there. Also, I'm pretty sure the planet we are on is the planet/moon/space thing that is revolving around the purple planet. I really like this game, and I think I could have done better if I wasn't sleep deprived. awesome puzzles/10 👍

I like this game a lot! It's kind of like Papers, Please! but without war and bribery. Also, I like how putting the stamps on the weighing scale shows how much they cost :)
