Thank you so much for the kind words and for taking the time to play the game! I’m really happy you enjoyed the story and the jumpscares. 😄
I also appreciate your feedback about the head bobbing. I’ve seen a few players mention it, so I’ll definitely consider adding an option to disable it in a future update.
Thanks again for the support, and I hope you’ll enjoy my future games! ❤️
Thank you so much for playing and for the great feedback! I’m really happy you enjoyed the atmosphere and the jump scares. I also appreciate you pointing out those issues I’ll look into the head bobbing option and the contract interaction. Thanks again for taking the time to play and make a video! 😊
Just released Chapter 2 of my PSX horror game “Not Like Them”.
Adam survived the events of Chapter 1 — but the night never really ended. Three years later, he’s drawn back to the house where it all started. Chapter 2 reveals what really happened that night, and why.
Short atmospheric horror (~15-18 min), psychological focus, no jumpscare spam — just dread and slow reveals.
Chapter 1 was played by ManlyBadassHero (2M+ subs).

Feedback welcome 🙏
Thank you so much, I really appreciate your feedback and kind words 🙏
I also want to mention that English isn’t my first language, so sometimes I struggle a bit with writing natural dialogue. That said, I’m definitely working on improving it for future projects.
I’m really glad you enjoyed the mechanics and story, and I hope I can deliver an even better experience next time!
Hey, thanks a lot for pointing that out — I really appreciate it 👍
Just to clarify what I meant: when I said “built entirely alone,” I was referring to the fact that I worked on the whole project by myself — the coding, game design, implementation, and putting everything together.
It’s true that I used some assets from platforms like fab, but I personally searched for them, selected them, and integrated/modified them to fit the game.
I understand that the wording might sound a bit misleading, so I’ll consider updating it to make things clearer.
Thanks again for the feedback 🙏
Thanks for the honest feedback, I really appreciate it 🙏
Yeah, I understand what you mean about the cut to black and the bad ending — I’ll definitely work on improving that for the next chapter.
Glad you liked the concept though, that means a lot 👀
I’ll try to make Chapter 2 a much better experience overall.
Thank you so much, I really appreciate the support — it honestly means a lot 🙏
I’m really glad you enjoyed it, especially the story and atmosphere!
And yeah… those parents aren’t done yet 👀
I’m already working on Chapter 2, and I’ll make sure it’s even better.
Thanks again for the 9/10 — I’ll try to earn that 10/10 next time 😄
Thank you so much, I really appreciate it 🙏
I’m really glad you enjoyed the story and took the time to piece everything together — that’s exactly the kind of experience I was hoping to create 👀
And about what they actually are… I’ll keep that a bit of a mystery for now 😏 but it’s something I definitely want to explore more in future chapters.
Also, thank you for the feedback about the ambient music and resolution — that’s really helpful, and I’ll be working on improving those in future updates.
I’ll definitely check out your video, thanks again for playing and sharing it!
Thank you so much, I really appreciate it 🙏
I’m really glad the story surprised you — that’s exactly what I was aiming for!
And yeah, I understand what you mean about the length. I kept it short for this first experience, but I definitely want to make something bigger next 👀
Hearing that you can’t wait for more really motivates me, so thank you again!
