Hi, I’m Finn. I’m an author and content creator, and an AuDHD trans gay man. I share my life through late discovery and learning to live with chronic illness. I talk openly about discovering I’m trans, autistic, and ADHD later in life, alongside living with ME/CFS, PoTS, and ongoing mental health challenges. A lot of what I share is about letting go of who I thought I had to be, making sense of my body and mind, and slowly giving myself permission to live in ways that actually fit. Not about fixing or optimising — but about unmasking, understanding myself more honestly, and learning to live more gently in a body and brain that work differently.
