It’s back! 🇹🇭 Thai coffees hold a legendary spot in Climpsons folklore, and this unique lot from Sirinya is easily one of our superstars. Grown by a brilliant family-run team in the highlands of Chiang Rai, this coffee undergoes a wildly unique "Mossto Natural" process. The whole, ripe cherries are fermented in actual coffee cherry juice before being slowly dried. The result is a beautifully complex cup packed with intense notes of raspberry and sweet watermelon. Coffee in Northern Thailand has an incredible history! Championed in the 1960s as a sustainable alternative to poppy cultivation, it has completely transformed the region's livelihoods and environment. Because Thailand's own specialty scene is absolutely booming right now, these top-tier coffees are exceptionally rare to find over here in Europe.
