We offer this service because we genuinely believe that everyone deserves to live in a clean and comfortable place. As a team, we have a wealth of experience in mental health, mental well-being, and first aid.

We are based in Yorkshire, but for an additional charge, we may travel a certain distance, taking into account the job’s requirements, time constraints, and insurance coverage.

What training do we have?

Our team is fully trained in various essential areas related to health and safety, including mental health awareness, mental health first aid, general first aid, and the Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH).

As the founder of Mind Refresh Clean Team, I am deeply passionate about my work and the positive impact it has on the lives of others. My journey in establishing this organization was driven by a vision to create not just a cleaning service, but a transformative experience that emphasizes the importance of cleanliness for mental well-being.

As the Head of Cleaning at Mind Refresh Clean Team, I am passionate about my role and the impact that a clean environment has on mental well-being. I believe that a clean space is essential for fostering a clear and focused mind, which is why I am dedicated to ensuring that our clients experience the benefits of a pristine and organized atmosphere.

I feel as if mental health means alot to me as i have suffered myself with it in the past, i joined the team as i feel i should help others, as it affects a lot of day to day things. I feel committed when i walk into a job that i need to make sure when i leave the client is happy.
