iOS (Apple iPhone and iPad) Open App Store. Search for and download: “IPTV SMARTER PLAYER” from App store. Choose: “Add Your Playlist” if prompted. Select: XTREAM CODE Enter Playlist Name: Provided to you. Enter your username: Provided to you. Enter Password: Provided to you Enter service URL: Provided to you If adding more than one account, click on “switch user” icon, then click on add user. Enter username and password. How do I watch sporting events (games)

I do not recommend that you use local channels. Use the designated category (example: NFL,MLB,NBA,NCAAF). Stay out of Network channels and Local channel categories.

My TV Guide is not working. How do I fix it?

Try this: Open Live TV. Open Settings (in live tv app). Click on EPG. Click on “Refresh EPG”. Let it sit for about 5 minutes to see if it updates. Make sure the box has the correct time zone and time. To avoid this issue, exit the live tv app daily by pressing RETURN button until the app closes when done watching tv.

How do I keep my box or Firestick working well?

Great question. I recommend that you exit the streaming app daily by pressing the return button until the app closes. Box: Use the remote control to turn off the box completely, then turn off the tv. Some TVs will put the box to sleep, but it is technically still on. Firestick: To make your Amazon Fire TV Stick "sleep," hold the Home button on your remote for three seconds to bring up a side menu and select Sleep. Doing this will greatly extend the usable life cycle of your device.

How to I update to the newest app?

You may need to update your app. Try this: Newest App: Please read these instructions, and then follow the video to help you through the process. Instructions: Go to Apps section of your device. Open UNLINKED App. (If you can’t find it, you can use the how to video below to add UNLINKED) ADD NEW CODE.
