generic temporary text pastebin

submissions are only stored encrypted and expire after 3 hours

the server receieves encrypted data. decryption information is appended to the url after a hash (#), which prevents it from being sent to the server. decryption information is then decoded and used to locally decrypt the message. javascript is required for this to work.
