When choosing the name for his musical project, Dimitry wanted to communicate the essence of what electronic music truly means to him: the building of a true, deep, and visceral community, connected by and through sound.
Since 2012, Deep Tribe has been uniting musical minds with a signature brand of underground electronic music that speaks to the soul while commanding the body to move. Deep Tribe’s output is a careful blend of emotive deep house, tech house, bass, and techno. Spending the first 18 years of his life in Eastern Europe and shaped by 16 years in Chicago’s iconic house scene, Deep Tribe’s sound is a bold fusion of global vibes and deep, infectious house beats.
With his tracks consistently making it to the Top 100 charts, Deep Tribe has earned his place as a rare standout in electronic music, seamlessly blending cultures and genres like no other.
Deep Tribe’s catalog is a testament to Dimitry’s eclectic, yet well-rounded, musical mind. Through original productions, remixes, podcasts, and the curating of his very own label, Counterfeit Fun Records, he has built a deeply engaged following composed of peers and fans alike.
Emerging as a force in the underground club scene about a decade ago in Chicago, Deep Tribe is all about electrifying vibes and crowd-moving energy. In 2024, his tech house anthem "Need You" took off, landing on major Spotify playlists and dominating the dance floor.
Regularly spinning in Los Angeles and holding down multiple California residencies, Deep Tribe teamed up with San Diego’s DJ Wayne Wright for "Act Like It,” EP released on Tiger Records, Germany. The record shot to #7 on Beatport’s Bass House chart and earned a spot in Beatport’s Best Bass House of August 2024 collection, solidifying his place at the forefront of the scene.
In 2023, Deep Tribe's tech-house hit “Uhh Yeah,” released on legendary Lou Lou Records, garnered widespread acclaim and substantial support from a host of industry professionals. The track received rave reviews and enthusiastic endorsements from prominent figures such as Shiba San, BlackVNeck, Nick Fanciulli, Miguel Bastida, Martin Ikin, and many others.
During the summer of 2022 Deep Tribe has brought new energy to his
productions delivering heavy tech-house banger entitled - "Melt Me"
released by No Definition Records (Switzerland) and gaining support from
EDX, Croatia Squad and many others.
Deep Tribe's post-pandemic debut, the bass-heavy house track “Take A Trip ft. Andrew Knopf” on Tiger Records (Germany), has made waves across multiple top 100 charts. This infectious gem, with its compelling groove and memorable lyrics, has a magnetic pull that keeps listeners dancing and singing along long after the music stops. Its undeniable appeal is highlighted by its impressive placement on Beatport’s Top 100 Bass House hits of 2020, affirming its status as a standout release in the genre.
