Something amazing is waiting on the other side of your grief.
Reclaim your life and rediscover joy while honoring your loved one.
Grief changes everything.
It affects your mind, body, relationships,
and spirit.
You don’t need a quick fix. You need a path.
I offer two coaching pathways:
One for when grief still feels close and heavy,
and
One for when you’re ready to build a new life around your loss.

Musical keynotes, workshops, and trainings on using music therapy to treat chronic stress, addiction, or grief.
Hi! my name is Tim Ringgold, and I'm no stranger to grief. As a board certified music therapist, I've been facilitating grief retreats since 2007 harnessing the healing power of music that goes beyond just sound and frequency. I also hold an additional certificate in Hospice & Palliative Care Music Therapy.
However, my grief journey started way earlier than that. My 5 best friends were murdered in '95, my dad died in '97, one of my daughters died in '10, and my step dad died in '24.
This is not theory for me. I've walked through the valley of grief many times, and also fully healed from it. If I can heal from it, so can you, if you're ready. It's been my privilege to walk, work, and play with hundreds of moms, daughters, wives, sisters, sons, fathers, husbands, and brothers and their grief since 2007.
