Detroit Mayor Mary Sheffield has appointed Mohammad Muntakim, M.B.A., a first-year medical student, to provide guidance and recommendations as a member of her transition team. Muntakim serves on Sheffield’s Health, Human Services, Homelessness and Poverty Solutions Committee.
