Researchers used video games to measure how people respond to rewards—offering a potential way to quickly identify depression.” The NIH logo for the National Institutes of Health is displayed at the bottom.

Why do we age? 🧓 A new perspective in @Cell_Metabolism from NIH scientists points to a vicious cycle: stiff tissues → poor blood flow → low cellular energy → damaged, inflammatory cells → more stiffness. Breaking this loop with exercise, metabolic health, or future
A colorful assortment of healthy foods, including fruits, vegetables, and nuts, surrounds text that reads: "Rewiring Metabolism to Protect Aging Joints. Semaglutide may slow disease progression by shifting cells toward more efficient energy use." Below is the NIH logo with "National Institutes of Health" written next to it.
