    ال survey نفسه عمري ما شفته منشور ف حته بس هو كان mentioned ف When Strangers Click. كان ف كام برنامج ف التلفزيون جرب حوار ان الست تكون overweight و كان فعلا الرجاله بتخلع.

    Pay Transparency المفروض يكون الطبيعي لكن دا مبيحصلش لان ف ناس مازالت بتعامل مرتباتها انها سر حربي. النتيجه ان الشركات worldwide بتضحك علي ناس بمرتبات قليله. اغلب اللي بيقع ضحيه بيكون ناس minority او لسه صغيرين لانهم اصلا underpaid ف شغلهم القديم و مش عارفين their market value.

    من سنة وشوية كدة كلمت حد كنت شغالة معاه زمان على job offer ف التيم اللي هو لسه سايبه، كنت محرجة اسأله ع الsalary وساعتها قالي بقولك ايه let’s talk numbers وقالي هو كان بياخد كام وهم ممكن يدفعوا كام (رقم اعلى) والرقمين اصلا كانوا اعلى من اللي هطلبه بحبه حلوين. امبارح بقى واحدة

    One of the things I enjoy the most @ work is meeting with other teams to provide advice regarding their architecture. I love to hear about different use cases, participate in technical brainstorming and meet intelligent people from different parts of the company.
