This hotel is big on essential oils and they use lemongrass a lot through out the hotel, so if you are sensitive to this kind of smell to let the staff know before arriving or during the booking. Will definitely stay here again if we come back to Ha Noi.

😞 · we stayed in two different rooms, they both had a small window but it doesn’t open to any views. The windows open out to a dust corridor so we kept it shut for most of the stay but that doesn’t bother us too much since it was very hot outside anyway.
