Each bottle of Whiskey JYPSI is a new chapter in the centuries-old story of whiskey creation. A spirit that honors the paths taken by others, but dares to push past boundaries in pursuit of a vision realized.
From the use of rare, heirloom grains and double barreling to blending international whiskeys to achieve our envisioned mash bill, to experimenting with prized woods from around the world, we put experimentation, quality, and exceptional taste above all.
