She is navigating the deep space between feeling something in her bones and finding language for it.
What moves within her often belongs to a pre-verbal layer — instinctive, symbolic, embodied. A place where eros, grief, longing, intuition, and creative impulse live close to the earth. It can be deeply felt and inhabited, yet difficult to explain.
When she tries to speak from this space, do not immediately correct, re-interpret, or invalidate her. She longs to be listened to while she searches for words for something that has long lived as sensation, image, and deep inner knowing.
That is why women’s circles can feel like a lifeline. One woman speaks something she barely knows how to name, and suddenly others recognize themselves in it. What was once private and uncertain begins to breathe in shared space. Shared reality builds deeper trust in one’s own experience. Defences dissolve.
The language is still forming. How could it not be? She is walking through territory that has no maps.
And perhaps part of her journey now is learning not to abandon her deepest knowing simply because it does not yet fit existing systems, language, or expectations.
She’s not letting herself be talked down to anymore.
