Prasannaa Ganesan
Chief Executive Officer
Prasannaa Ganesan is the Chief Executive Officer of Corel. He brings more than 20 years of experience in operating leadership, M&A, product development, go-to-market strategy, business transformation, and operational excellence.
Prasannaa played a key role in orchestrating Vector’s acquisition of the Corel business in 2026. He has a long history with Corel, having spent more than 11 years with the company and previously serving as Chief Operating Officer during Vector Capital’s prior ownership. In that role, he played a critical part in scaling global operations, supporting product development, managing expenses, and executing acquisitions from diligence through integration, contributing to Vector’s successful exit in 2019.
Before becoming CEO of Corel, Prasannaa worked with several Vector portfolio companies, including serving as President and GM of Marigold’s Commercial Business and Chief Efficiency Officer at MoxiWorks. Earlier in his career, he served as Program and Delivery Director at Versata and Trilogy, where he led operations for a business unit comprising both acquired and organically developed enterprise software products.
Prasannaa pursued an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University and holds a B.E. in Electronics and Communications Engineering from SASTRA University in India. Prasannaa and his family live in the Ottawa area.

Dana Dingman
Vice President, Legal
Dana Dingman is Vice President of Legal at Corel, where she leads the global legal function. Since joining in 2019, Dana has been a critical partner to the business, supporting growth and driving efficient, scalable legal processes. Enabling the organization to move quickly and confidently, her expertise has been key to streamlining contracting and designing Corel's privacy and compliance programs.
Dana brings close to two decades of experience in the technology sector, with a background in private practice and international commercial law. She holds a JD and Master’s degree in industrial relations from Queen’s University. She is a qualified lawyer in both Canada and the United States and holds internationally recognized certifications in privacy (Canada, the US, and Europe) and AI governance.
Dana lives in the Ottawa area. Outside of work, she enjoys curling, reading, and spending time with her family and pets.

Rob Charlebois
Chief Revenue Officer
Rob Charlebois is Chief Revenue Officer at Corel, where he leads global revenue and go-to-market.
Returning with Vector’s acquisition in 2026, Rob previously spent 16 years of his career with Corel and helped build the commercial engine that supported the business’s sale in 2019. As EVP of Global Digital Marketing & eCommerce, he ran the company’s digital sales across 35 websites in more than a dozen languages. Between his Corel chapters, he grew his expertise across SaaS, cybersecurity, and web infrastructure, serving as SVP of Digital at WP Engine, then Chief Marketing Officer at LastPass, and most recently, VP of Growth at Sectigo. Rob has led commercial functions at private-equity-backed software companies through every kind of transformation: carve-outs, platform modernizations, and shifts to subscription and self-serve revenue.
Rob holds a degree from the University of Ottawa and lives in Austin, Texas with his wife and their two young boys. His Canadian side still plays competitive ice hockey, while his Texan side spends warm weekends wakesurfing.

Sathya Jayaraman
Chief Operating Officer
Sathya Jayaraman is Chief Operating Officer at Corel, overseeing information technology, information security, business operations, data engineering, and analytics. He is responsible for advancing the company's operational capabilities, strengthening its technology foundation, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Sathya returns to Corel where he previously served as Vice President, Engineering for five years until 2025. With more than two decades of experience leading technology and operations teams across software and SaaS businesses, Sathya has built a track record of driving large-scale transformation, aligning cross-functional teams around shared goals, and delivering measurable business outcomes. He has held senior leadership roles at Marigold and Verizon where he led initiatives spanning engineering, operations, customer experience, partnerships, and business growth.
Sathya is passionate about building high-performing teams and creating operational foundations that enable innovation, sustainable growth, and exceptional customer experiences. Sathya and his family live in the Ottawa area.

Prashant Ketkar
Chief Technology and Product Officer
Prashant Ketkar serves as Chief Technology and Product Officer at Corel, leading the company's global product, engineering, and technology strategy. He is responsible for driving innovation, growth, and transformation across the company’s portfolio, with a focus on AI, cloud, and enterprise software.
With more than 20 years of experience, Prashant has built and scaled category-defining technology businesses at some of the industry’s most significant platform shifts, including cloud computing, cybersecurity, SaaS, and artificial intelligence. He has partnered with CEOs, boards, and private equity sponsors to lead business transformation, acquisitions, product modernization, and value creation initiatives.
Prashant has served with the Corel team for five years, and previously held the roles of Senior Vice President of Product and Engineering at Resolve Systems and Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Madrona Venture Labs. Earlier, he was Head of Product at Evident.io, where he helped scale the cloud security business through its acquisition by Palo Alto Networks.
Prashant also held senior leadership roles at Oracle and Microsoft, where he helped build Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and was an early product leader for Microsoft Azure, contributing to one of the most successful cloud platforms in the industry.
Prashant holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering from the University of Mumbai and an MBA from the Asian Institute of Management.

Tracy Porter-Stevens
Vice President, People
Tracy Porter-Stevens is the Vice President of People at Corel, where she brings her passion for creating workplaces where people can thrive and organizations can grow. She leads the company’s initiatives across talent strategy, organizational development, leadership coaching, culture transformation, and employee experience.
With more than 20 years of experience in Human Resources and People leadership, Tracy has partnered with organizations ranging from high-growth startups to global enterprises. Throughout her career, Tracy has been driven by the belief that business success and people success go hand in hand. She is known for building strong relationships, leading with authenticity and empathy, and helping organizations navigate change while fostering high-performing, engaged teams.
Tracy is excited to join Corel at a pivotal moment in its evolution and to help build on the company’s strong foundation while supporting the people and culture that will shape its future. She lives with her family in the Toronto area, and outside of work, enjoys traveling, lifelong learning, and spending time with family and friends. She recently celebrated her 50th birthday with an unforgettable trip to Italy, where she embraced her love of adventure, connection, and, of course, exceptional pasta.

Jason Royer
Senior Vice President, Finance
Jason Royer is Senior Vice President of Finance at Corel. He has held executive leadership roles in corporate finance for more than 14 years across companies of varying sizes and ownership structures, including public companies and private equity- and venture-backed organizations. Jason has worked with the Corel business since 2023 and played a critical role in supporting Vector’s purchase in 2026.
Prior to his corporate finance career, Jason worked at Raymond James & Associates and Strong Capital Management in the investments and capital markets industries for ten years, holding roles in investment banking, equity research, and sales.
He earned a BBA in Finance from University of Wisconsin–Madison and an MBA from University of Chicago Booth School of Business. He is also a CFA charterholder. Jason and his family live in the Austin area.
