Our festivals and retreats are where fibre art enthusiasts gather to celebrate the art of making and build friendships that knit us all together.

Knit City takes place in four cities across Canada: Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto and Montréal.

Our Vancouver and Calgary shows are held in the fall, alternating each year between the two cities. Our Toronto and Montréal shows are held in the spring, also alternating annually. 2025 will see the show in Montreal & Vancouver, and 2026 will be in Toronto & Calgary.

We also curate retreats and tours designed to bring enthusiasts closer to the heart of their craft. Our retreats offer an escape, blending relaxation with learning, while our tours provide an opportunity to explore different regions and dive deep in the world of textile traditions and craftsmanship.

It’s not just about knitting. We celebrate all fibre crafts. Join us as we stitch together a community passionate about making, offering events that inspire, educate, and bring the joy of craft to life.
