At Mirafra Technologies, we believe in strengthening engineering expertise through continuous learning and industry-led knowledge sharing. Our RTL team recently organized a 2-day F-2-F session on SoC Architecture, led by Mr. Suresh Krishnamoorthy, bringing together engineers across teams to gain a deeper understanding of modern System-on-Chip design. The session covered the complete SoC perspective from block-level architecture and digital IP design concepts to clocking strategies, reset architecture, boot flow, CPU fundamentals, interconnects, performance analysis, verification methodologies, process corners, and real-world system-level considerations. With nearly 150 engineers participating, the program fostered engaging discussions and provided valuable insights into how complex semiconductor systems are architected, integrated, and validated. At Mirafra Technologies, our CSR initiatives are focused on strengthening education and creating opportunities for community development. Through the Sikshana Girl Empowerment Program (SGEP), more than 1,000 girls from rural and economically challenged backgrounds are receiving support that helps them continue their education and develop essential life and career skills. From scholarships, mentoring, and skill development to health awareness and employability initiatives, the program is helping young women pursue their aspirations with greater confidence. As part of Mirafra's CSR initiatives, we extended a grant to Sikshana Foundation towards SGEP. We are pleased to see the grant fully utilized in supporting young learners and encouraging them to pursue their educational aspirations, impacting more than 1,000 girl students across Karnataka, Maharashtra, and Telangana. Mirafra Technologies, through its CSR initiative, is contributing to education and community development. Gurukul Public School, a charitable institution providing free English medium education to rural underprivileged children through one-on-one mentorship, which started with just 28 students and has today grown into a school supporting 700+ students in Raebareli, Uttar Pradesh. With expanding classrooms, digital learning tools, and growing infrastructure needs, the school’s electricity consumption rose significantly, while frequent power outages continued to impact uninterrupted learning. As part of Mirafra’s CSR initiatives, we are proud to have supported the installation of a 12 kW rooftop solar power plant at Gurukul Public School - helping create a more sustainable and reliable learning environment for students and educators. Our RTL team recently conducted a 2-week FPGA training for interns, covering HDL fundamentals, combinational & sequential logic, FSM design, clocking, and on-chip debugging using industry-standard tools.
