Novata Group includes Novata, Inc. and its fully owned subsidiaries, including, Atlas Metrics GmBH, Novata UK Ltd, and Novata Pte Ltd. (together “Novata”, or “Novata Group”).
This page provides information about the subprocessors that Novata has engaged in accordance with the Novata Data Processing Addendum (DPA) to provide processing activities on Customer Personal Data (as defined in the DPA) on behalf of customers.
Subprocessors relevant to an individual customer will depend on which Novata services the customer selects.
There are three types of sub-processors:

Novata has intra-company agreements with all group companies for the services described below. The processing location is where the entity is located.

Suprocessors Supporting Operations, Collaboration, and Sales
Novata uses a range of third-party service providers to support Internal Collaboration Tools, Sales & Marketing Support.
Internal Collaboration tools are used by Novata personnel in the ordinary course of business operations and for most tools they are not part of Novata’s customer-facing platform or services. However, they may incidentally process personal data, including customer personal data if such information is shared within these systems.
Sales & Marketing tools support management of customer and prospect relationships, sales pipelines, and marketing communications. These tools process customer and contact personal data for the purpose of customer engagement, service delivery, and communication.
