  • It is recommended to hold the hose and retract it slowly at a constant speed. Do not let it snap back suddenly. Rewind it gently following the direction of the reel.

  • 1. Pull the hose out until it locks, then extend an extra 10cm/3.93in and release; the hose will retract automatically;

    2. If the first method doesn’t work, pull out the entire hose completely, then release to trigger auto retraction.

  • The horizontal distance between the base mounting holes is 2.83 inches, and the vertical distance is 6.30 inches.

  • Please seek our assistance whenever you need it.

  • The hose reel must be mounted on a 6×6 inch wooden post to properly fit the mounting holes and ensure stability.
