I'm a Postdoc Fellow at Human-Centered AI Institude (HAI) in Stanford University, working with Alex 'Sandy' Pentland , Yejin Choi .
I recieved my Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering department at University of California, San Diego, advised by Prof. Julian McAuley, and was honored to be awarded the IBM PhD Fellowship in 2022.
I previously spent two years as a Research Scientist at the MIT-IBM Lab , responsible for the post training (safety and alignment) of IBM's foundation models (Granite Vision Series). I also worked as an intern at the Microsoft Research and Google.

Research Highlights
My research builds post-training and inference-time methods that make LLMs and Vision-Language Models (VLMs) more capable and reliable — spanning core capabilities (reasoning, long-context modeling, coding) as well as safety and alignment.
