• Settlement happens in under 1 second, globally, with no KYC and no bank

3 oracle nodes each hold a share of the signing key (Shamir's Secret Sharing). Any 2 must agree to produce a valid Schnorr signature — no single node controls the result.

• The audit verdict is embedded in a Taproot transaction on Bitcoin testnet
• An OP_RETURN output permanently stores the verdict text on-chain
• The transaction ID links to mempool.space for independent verification

The verdict is cryptographically signed and published to 3 Nostr relays (relay.damus.io, nos.lol, relay.nostr.band). No company can take it down.
