Clippity is now a multi-surface workspace:

• . → Next.js web/admin surface
• apps/mobile → Expo React Native mobile clipping surface
• packages/shared → shared Clippity contracts/types used across surfaces

Install dependencies from the repo root:

npm install

Run the web app:

npm run dev

Run the React Native app:

npm run dev:mobile

Quality checks:

npm run lint
npm run build
npm run mobile:typecheck
