First install Clarfai, visit github.com/clarifai and follow the instructions for python.

Run the main file (main.py) using the sample image beach.jpg This will generate cropped images where the name follows it's matrix location in the original image which will then be analyzed using the clarifai api.

Then run the matlab file.
