Can't install on windows 10

• I am on the latest Hyper.app version
• I have searched the issues of this repo and believe that this is not a duplicate

• OS version and name: Win 10
• Hyper.app version: 1.3.1
• Link of a Gist with the contents of your .hyper.js: not sure where to get this?
• Relevant information from devtools (CMD+ALT+I on Mac OS, CTRL+SHIFT+I elsewhere):
• The issue is reproducible in vanilla Hyper.app: 100% repro

Seems similar to this issue #1499

Except that for me, it's failing on doing lstat on a folder within my home directory. This is not the home directory itself, but a sub-folder.

try to give hyper installer admin rights see if it fixes. Try to create a new user on your windows and install hyper to see if it's not your account that is corrupt.
