Catholic Campaign for Human Development

The CCHD Archdiocesan office in ABQ is looking for Catholics with a passion for service and justice to apply for a paid internship, ~18-20 hours/week, $16/hr for Fall '24/Spring '25. It is a great opportunity to learn more about social justice education, poverty relief, community development, economic development, and Catholic social teaching. The applicant must be Catholic, have leadership experience, community service experience, and effective writing, communication, and computer skills. Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are preferred. An openness to the CCHD values of solidarity building, participation of the poor, and Catholic social teaching is essential. Reporting Sexual Misconduct

Anyone sexually abused as a minor or who knows about a case of sexual abuse of a minor should immediately report it to the civil authorities. When such sexual abuse has been committed by a cleric, religious, seminarian, diocesan or parish employee, or a diocesan or parish volunteer, it also should be reported to the Archbishop of Santa Fe through the Archdiocesan Victim Assistance Coordinator, Annette Klimka, 505.831.8144.

Almost daily, St. Therese is approached by asylum seekers who have been told through their networks that St. Therese will give them a warm welcome and assistance with their needs and questions. St. Therese Parish is part of CAP (Community of Asylum Partners). Read Fr. Sunday of the Word of God

The USCCB offers “Sunday Seminar Series” of five videos about Sacred Scripture in the life of the church. These videos, available in English and Spanish, feature some of the most renowned biblical scholars in the United States and are accompanied by discussion/reflection questions and suggestions for further reading.

St. Joseph Adoption Novena

March 10-18

Invoking the intercession of St. Joseph, foster father of Jesus, we pray for all whose life stories include adoption. Each day includes short scriptural passages and prayers and focuses on a different group of people who are involved in the adoption process.

Participants can download the novena or sign up to receive the daily prayers via email or text message.
