S'autodefinissent coma un partit d'ideologia de centre reformista e democrestiana, pasmens politicament se pòt considerar coma de drecha conservatritz en comparason amb los autres partits politics coma lo PSOE, l'IU, l'UPyD. Fa partida del Partit Popular Europèu.
