I discovered Rust programming language in 2015 and was convinced that a combination of zero-cost abstractions and safety perfectly matches independent game developers requirements. I worked on the huge closed-source game in Rust: <a href="https://fedorgames.itch.io/shar">https://fedorgames.itch.io/shar</a> SHAR proved the idea and got me some confidence in the language. And now I am working on free, open source and cross-platform game engine in Rust.
