Your Zoom recordings, automatically saved to Google Drive
Stop manually downloading. RecordFlow backs up every cloud recording the moment it finishes — for yourself or for your whole Zoom team — and can automatically delete it from Zoom to free up your storage, but only once it's safely in Drive.
Free to start. No credit card required. Works with any Zoom paid plan.
Built for reliability — automatic retries, chunked transfers, and an hourly safety net.

Zoom's storage limits shouldn't slow you down
Zoom Pro storage limit
Storage fills up fast
Zoom Pro gives you just 5 GB — roughly 5 hours of recordings. Hit the limit and new recordings are blocked entirely.
wasted per month
Manual downloads waste hours
Download each recording, upload to Drive, organize into folders, delete from Zoom — every single week.
single point of failure
No backup means no safety net
Zoom is your only copy. If someone deletes a recording, your admin sets a retention policy, or anything goes wrong — it's gone.
Built for people who record everything
Whether you're archiving for yourself or for your whole Zoom account, RecordFlow keeps recordings safe.
Coaches & Consultants
You record 5+ client sessions a week. Your Zoom storage fills up in days — and every recording is a deliverable your clients need.
Education Teams
Lectures need a permanent home. Give students lasting access in Google Drive without relying on Zoom storage alone.
Business Teams
Your team records everything. Keeping it organized in Google Drive shouldn't be a full-time job.
IT & Ops Admins
You're responsible for the whole Zoom account. Install once as admin, opt members in, and every selected member's recordings land in one Drive folder you control.
Set it up once. Never think about it again.
Connect Zoom
Sign in as a Zoom user to archive your own recordings, or as a Zoom admin to archive for your team.
Pick your Drive
Choose a personal or shared Google Drive folder as your archive destination. Admins point this at one root folder; member sub-folders are created automatically.
Recordings sync automatically
Your recordings — or your opted-in members' recordings — land in Drive within minutes of each meeting ending. You'll get an email with a direct link when each one is ready.
Everything you need. Nothing you don't.
Automatic sync

Even hour-long meetings transfer reliably. No timeouts, no failed uploads.
Email notifications
Receive an email when your meeting recordings are ready in Google Drive — with a direct link to share with your team.

Frequently asked questions
Any paid Zoom plan (Pro, Business, Business Plus, Enterprise) with cloud recording enabled. Free Zoom plans don't include cloud recording, so there's nothing to archive.
RecordFlow uses secure sign-in through Zoom and Google — we never see or store your passwords. Your recordings are streamed through our servers in small pieces and uploaded to your Drive. Nothing is permanently stored on our side.
All recording files that Zoom produces: video (MP4), audio (M4A), transcripts, and chat logs.
Most recordings appear in your Drive within 5 minutes of finishing, triggered by Zoom webhooks. An hourly backup job catches anything that might have been missed.
Yes. You can choose your personal Drive or any shared Drive you have access to. RecordFlow creates a dedicated folder for your recordings.
Google Drive is the only destination today, and we're actively deciding what to add next. Possible candidates include Dropbox, OneDrive, and Amazon S3, but we're open to others. Email support@recordflow.org and tell us which destination you'd want your recordings to land in, and a bit about your setup — we build what users ask for, so the more people who write in for a destination, the higher it moves on the list.
Yes — RecordFlow's admin app archives every member's cloud recordings into a single Drive folder you control. The admin app is currently in invite-only beta. Email support@recordflow.org from your work email and we'll set you up. Alternatively, each host can install the user app individually and point at the same shared Drive folder.
Recordings are retried automatically with up to 2 retries per sync job. The hourly backup also catches any missed files, so nothing falls through the cracks.
Yes — you'll receive an email each time new recordings are ready in your Google Drive. It includes a direct link to each meeting's folder so you can share it with your team. You can turn notifications off anytime from your dashboard.
