Dear Customer,

We are pleased to inform you that the new Single Sign-On (SSO) experience for our ServiceDesk and Online Documentation applications is now fully implemented and operational. Previous login method was discontinued.

What’s New:

  1. Seamless SSO: Instead of manually entering your email address and password, you can now simply click the “ Sign In With SSO” button and use Microsoft Entra ID to be authenticated.
  2. Improved Load Time: While there have been no changes to ServiceDesk and Repair Portal, we have significantly reduced the loading time for Online Documentation.
  3. New Address: The Online Documentation is now accessible at a new address:  https://od.aimtecglobal.com . You will be automatically redirected to it from ServiceDesk after using SSO, or you can visit the new address directly.

Next Steps:

  1. In case you have received an email from “ Microsoft Invitations on behalf of AIMTEC Cloud  invites@microsoft.com ” with the subject “ AIMTEC Cloud invited you to access applications within their organization”.
  2. In this email, click on the “ Accept Invitation” button.
  3. After signing in with your credentials you will be redirected to  https://sd.aimtecglobal.com .
  4. Continue on the web site by clicking on “ Sign In with SSO”.

Please be sure to check your email inbox for the invitation and then follow the steps to access AIMTEC ServiceDesk using SSO. If you haven’t received the invitation or if you have any other problem with login, contact us:  support@aimtecglobal.com
