Muscular and exotic vixen, aging like fine wine and pumping iron like there’s no tomorrow! Dare to tame this cougar!
While my adult life has been dedicated to fitness, it wasn’t until the early 1990s that I began my competitive bodybuilding career. Initially, I competed in the natural bodybuilding circuits as both an amateur and then later as a pro athlete. I later switched to the NPC, ultimately earning my IFBB Pro Card In 2018. In 2020, I was one of 13 women nationwide invited to compete at the prestigious 2020 Arnold Classic Invitational. Other pro competitions include The Tampa Pro, New York Pro, Wings of Strength – AZ Pro & Puerto Rico Pro to name a few. During my competitive years, I was known for my conditioned and vascular physique, balanced with a level of femininity and poise often difficult to find in combination.
I retired as a IFBB Professional Athlete in late 2022. My focus is now on my other fitness related ventures including growing and managing my Personal Training & Body Transformation Business (BodyEPIK by Trish) and now as “Buff Cougar” in this MW arena. I’ve been doing sessions for quite sometime UTR but now hoping to expand to a broader market. I’m available for in person and online sessions and offer both custom and pre-recorded content.
Being retired doesn’t mean I’ve lost my physical prowess, not at all! I may not be in competition shape, but I remain “buffed” and conditioned enough to tease and fully satisfy your appetite! Posted pictures closely resemble my current physique.

BOOKING GUIDELINES:

- Booking must be a straightforward process!
- To save time and streamline the process, first email should include the following information:
-Type and length of session desired (details please)
-Preferred Session Location/Area
-First Choice Date/Time AND Alternate Date/Time

-Height & Weight (Lift & Carry Sessions only)
BOOKING REQUIREMENTS:
- Individuals with whom I haven’t met: Government issued Photo I.D. screenshot (address can be concealed) & 2 session references preferred. In some situations, I may consider a verifiable LinkedIn profile in place of Photo i.d.
- Individuals with whom I have met before. Original name and email address used when first contacting me
- 50% deposit of quoted donation amount required to securea date & time in my calendar
- Payment methods: CashApp, Venmo, Zelle and PayPal (add 3.5% if paying via PP to cover imposed surcharges)
CANCELLATION POLICY:
If notice to cancel is provided 7+ days from appointment date – no cancellation fee and deposit 100% refunded to original form of payment.
If notice is provided 7 days or less, but more than 72 hrs – 100% of deposit credited toward a future appointment.
If notice is between 48 & 72 hrs – 50% of deposit is forfeited and the other 50% is credited toward a future appointment.
If notice is less than 48 hrs – 100% of the deposit is forfeited.
*Chronic cancellations or reschedules (2 or more) will require a 100% non-refundable deposit at time of booking*

I saw Trisha the other day and a great session! Prior to the session, while responding to one of her emails, I inadvertently blocked her. Thus when I arrived at her incall and confirmed I was there, I did not see any of her emails since her emails were going to my spam filter. Unfortunately, I ended up being late as a result, but she was cool about it and we had a lot of fun afterwards. Very muscular, looks just like the pictures and is very sweet! Definitely one of my top sessions. Book her while you can!!!
I had a very good experience with Buff Cougar recently. She’s very personable with communication beforehand and at the time of the session itself. She really wants to make sure that you have the session that you desire to a T and she did that with me with my muscle worship session.

I just had the pleasure of meeting Buff Cougar for the first time. First, setting up the meeting was so easy, she’s very responsive. When I met her in person…wow! The pictures don’t do her justice. She is stunning in person, and her mix of muscularity and femininity is perfect. BF also has a charming, wonderful personality and we enjoyed our time together immensely, not just with the muscle worship but just talking and getting to know each other. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

From the moment I met her, she exceeded all expectations. She was beautiful and gorgeous, exactly as advertised. Despite having a broken foot, she went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. She was attentive, genuinely listened, and never once seemed concerned about the time. Holy smokes! I was fortunate enough to have a session with Buff Cougar yesterday and what a great time.
She was excellent and on point in communication and very professional all along the way. The session itself was an amazing time. This woman is a piece of art and her sensuality and femininity along with her dense musculature, makes for quite the package and experience!

My session with Buff Cougar started well because she’s clear and very efficient in her communications. She asked good, insightful questions about my interests and was very thoughtful about our session. Meeting her, I was impressed at first sight because while her pictures are nice, she’s even more beautiful in person. Since she’s an actual athlete, she has legit strength to show off as opposed to just looking good. I think it’s normal for most people to have a better second session than the first one because neither the session provider nor the client can possibly really know who as a person they are meeting for the first time, but I have to say she made our session feel very connected. As we wrestled if felt fun, exciting and very sexy, much like having a mini-vacation change of pace wrapped up in a day away. I will definitely look forward to seeing her again.

Buff cougar does a great muscle sensual worship session. Her pictures doesn’t do her justice. She is a classy and even sexier in person and oozes real sex appeal. She is easy to talk to and schedule with worth every penny. And she has plenty of muscle, and her pictures are accurate. She doesn’t do full service, but she knows how to get you off !!! I’m definitely going to see her again
