A fix has been released and our team is monitoring to ensure full resolution. New Daily Activities and SISO entries are posting as expected, and activities that failed to post during the outage have been queued to post retroactively. Our team is reviewing the scope of duplicated entries and working to determine the best path for cleanup. We will provide updates as more information becomes available.
