He has extensive expertise of working closely with Fintech startups and large corporations in executive product roles and has enabled complex transformations for marquee Tier 1 banks across APAC, EU, NA and MEA. Possesses a profound understanding of digital transformation, real time core products, omnichannel banking, open banking and related ecosystems, retail payments, data driven decisioning platforms, hyper-personalization, digital lending, and core banking. Dr. Andrew Sellers leads Confluent's Technology Strategy Group, supporting strategy development, competitive analysis, and thought leadership. He has previously brought several AI-enabled commercial offerings to market as a technology leader. He is a co-inventor on over a dozen patents related to the application of AI tools to problems in cybersecurity and risk management. Andrew received his PhD in Computer Science from the University of Oxford, where his dissertation investigated the use of AI to automate web-scale data extraction.

Prasanth Krishnan is Principal Sales Engineer at UiPath. In this role, he plays a pivotal role in the India Sales Engineering team, where he drives technical sales strategy, oversees the implementation of automation solutions, and ensures customer success across engagements. With over two decades of experience, Prasanth brings deep expertise in digital transformation, sales engineering, program management, and robotic process automation. Prior to UiPath, he served as Principal Consultant at EdgeVerve, leading delivery and consulting initiatives focused on automation and digital platforms, and managing large client relationships and global teams. Karan is the International Developer Relations Director at GitHub, where he works closely with developers across enterprises, startups, nonprofits, academia, and the open source community. He operates at the intersection of AI and open source, helping organizations and individuals accelerate software development with GitHub at the center of their workflows. Karan represents GitHub’s developer and ecosystem strategy in India, playing a leading role in shaping how the company engages with one of the world’s fastest-growing developer communities. He has featured in major developer keynotes alongside Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella and GitHub CEO Thomas Dohmke, where he showcased GitHub’s products and shared the story of how AI and open source are transforming software development. At Wipro Limited, Gautam spent over 15 years driving talent acquisition across global units. He held multiple roles including Head of Talent Acquisition and Geo Head for APAC, Middle East & Africa, managing recruitment for various sectors and large-scale staffing projects. His early career in consulting and engineering laid a strong foundation, supported by a degree in Electronics and Communication from Visvesvaraya Technological University.
