Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

To use the Services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have a valid Threads account
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement

2. Your Account

You sign in using your Threads account via Meta OAuth. You are responsible for all activity on your account. You may revoke access at any time through your Threads settings, which will disable your ThreadsCrush account.

3. How ThreadsCrush Works

• You create a public page linked to your Threads username
• Anyone can send you anonymous crush messages through your page
• Messages appear on your private dashboard
• You cannot see who sent a message; senders remain anonymous

4. Content Guidelines

When sending crush messages, you agree not to submit content that is:

• Harassing, threatening, or abusive
• Sexually explicit or pornographic
• Hateful or discriminatory
• Spam, advertising, or solicitation
• Containing personal information of others (doxxing)
• Illegal or promoting illegal activity

We apply automated profanity filtering and reserve the right to remove content that violates these guidelines without notice.

5. Rate Limiting

To prevent abuse, we limit the number of crush messages you can send per recipient within a given time period. Attempts to circumvent rate limits (via VPNs, proxies, or other means) are a violation of these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

The Services, including design, code, and branding, are owned by ThreadsCrush. You retain ownership of content you submit but grant us a license to display it within the Services.

7. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We are not responsible for the content of anonymous messages sent through the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ThreadsCrush shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed $100 USD.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your profile page will be removed and crush messages will be deleted.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on our website.
