The information is needed to assign your identification number; to process your registration; to verify your qualifications and verify your eligibility for admission; for administration of student records; for provision of student alumni services; and for planning. Upon registration this information will form part of your student record and will be used to document your progress in your program. This information will also be used to communicate with you about your program and future activities of Memorial University. Students’ personal information may be disclosed to academic and administrative units and to federal and provincial agencies as legally required.
