- I guess @NVIDIASHIELD update to #AndroidTV 11 is near ! All the models (except darcy) are showing as compatible with 11 in the Google Play Console. Just check how many updates the 2015 model received !
- The updated @Nvisia Shield TV is on Amazon.com ? Comes with Dolby Vison, new Tegra X1 + processor amazon.com/NVIDIA-Shield-โฆ
- It seems @GooglePlay Movies & TV for #AndroidTV is finally getting a major UI overhaul. It does look a bit like YouTube in those renders from last year, so it may not be the final design. Hopefully it's launching soon.
- Looks like @Walmart is planning to release a new 4K #AndroidTV Dongle this year. The ODM is @SDMCTECH (model DV6105Z) and it's more than likely using an #Amlogic S905Y4.

Sold for 100โฌ, Amlogic S905X3 & ATV 10. Bit more expensive than other #AndroidTV devices in Europe, but it comes with a nice selection of ports, a much better SoC & a cool remote. No info on Dolby Vision/Atmos support. OEM is @SEIRobotics
- That's great, Google just introduced 'Cast Connect' to #AndroidTV developers Basically, after some coding, Casting will be done inside the app installed on your ATV instead of opening an HTML5 player. Much better experience, you can fully use your remote developers.google.com/cast/docs/andrโฆ
- Well well well I see a new @NVIDIASHIELD TV with #AndroidTV 9 in the Play Console !! Code name is 'mdarcy', can't really tell if they tweaked the Tegra X1.
- Today, Google just certified a OnePlus device with the code name "Oneplus_Dosa_IN". I'm fairly certain that's the OnePlus TV, thus confirming it's running #AndroidTV. "Dosa" are famous pancakes (crispy, savory) from South India.
- The Xiaomi TV Stick 4K is now official with an Amlogic S905Y4 (AV1), #AndroidTV 11 and Dolby Vision/Atmos. mi.com/global/productโฆ
- Got an update for the Chromecast Built-in app on my Shield TV yesterday and I can now add my #AndroidTV in a speaker group ! Finally ๐
- So @Walmart is launching a 2K #AndroidTV Stick (SDM8821) under its own brand, "Onn.". That's an Askey FCC listing though it seems from @sdmctech (DV6073S). @AmlogicPR S805Y SoC, Android TV 10, certified for @netflix and @PrimeVideo. And @Google's Reference Design Remote (G10).
