    Working remotely from home *doesn’t* mean... * you can’t take a sick or personal day * you aren’t allowed to take breaks * you should answer work messages 24/7 * you have to work non-stop

    Hot take: Remote teams' IRL time should not involve “hard work.” This stuff is done better remotely and asynchronously. It’s about “soft work” — things that might not look like work at all, but that are *absolutely essential* for any cohesive team.
