Today is #WorldCarFreeDay. The best way to celebrate Car Free Day is by making sure that your car stays firmly parked at your house for the duration of the day. Lets be less dependent on our cars and try alternatives i.e. public transport, walking, running, and cycling.

Passenger Reminder: As a result of the Central Connect joining the Vectare Essex family the operator logo and colour have been updated on our website. Some timetables at the roadside have been updated but not all. The new branding will be gradually introduced across the network.

Passenger information: Hertfordshire County Council and @Sullivanbuses are stepping in to provide a new bus service to cover the majority of the existing 84 service, which is being withdrawn by Metroline at the beginning of April. Continue reading on intalink.org.uk/84route #bus

#Hertfordshire County Council has awarded its first #bus route contract based purely on usage of an electric vehicle. The PB1 service in Potters Bar, operated by @MetrolineH , will use a new zero emission single deck bus intalink.org.uk/hertfordshire-… #ElectricVehicles

Passenger Infomration: #WelwynGardenCity Bus Station is scheduled to reopen on Sunday 20th May. Stops 8A, 9 and 10 will be removed and stops 7 and 8 will be renamed to H and J. All services will serve the bus station. Please see attachement for full stop details.

Passengers please be aware that some bus services running during school travel times may be duplicated for schoolchildren only due to the needs of social distancing. They will be clearly marked, & may run up to 5 mins earlier than the normal service. bit.ly/34KfrFw

The new Intalink Connect ticket is launching on Sunday 14th July. It replaces the current Explorer and BUSnet. Customers will be able to purchase county wide or zonal tickets. For more information please visit our webpage

Fantastic bus stop Lydia. We have a few lovely shelters as part of our community shelters project in Hertfordshire. We've worked with local communities to make improvements and we've added some lovely art galleries created by local schools/colleges.
