- Surveys show that 73% of men who hope to be fathers have no knowledge of their sperm health. Many men don't know that sperm quality declines with age, or how their lifestyle is affecting their sperm. Fertility is NOT a female-only issue.I don’t think men plan enough around their biological clock. There are so many stories of couples trying for kids only to find out it’s his sperm quality and count that’s too low. Too many men are chancing it and mashing up their health in the process.
