For PakTech, maintaining the integrity of container seals is a critical quality control metric. To measure the force required to remove an anvil from sealed containers across their product range, the Quality Department historically relied on plates machined from aluminum. While functional, aluminum was over-engineered for the application. It was heavy, expensive to replace, and tied up the facility's tool room, which was better utilized for high-priority mold making. On a production floor running multiple jar sizes and test protocols simultaneously, operators had no fast, reliable way to confirm they had the right tool for the test in front of them... Until now. Introducing Onyx GF. Bring Functional Color and Industrial Strength to your factory floor. In high-pace manufacturing facilities, color functions as one of the fastest and most reliable visual signals for communicating critical operational information at a glance. It facilitates everything from immediate hazard warnings and part classification to clear product line differentiation. Onyx GF is available immediately in six highly visible colors: red, yellow, blue, green, gray, and white, addressing the requirements of modern visual management systems. For advanced structural demands, Onyx GF parts can be reinforced with Continuous Carbon Fiber utilizing Markforged's Continuous Fiber Reinforcement (CFR) process, providing aluminum-strength performance where needed. Onyx GF is naturally non-conductive, rendering it ideal for applications requiring robust electrical isolation. Learn more here: https://lnkd.in/dF59k2iV
