What is your experience with not feeling at baseline mentally and microdosing to get back to βnormalβ. I feel like Iβve been fighting off a panic attack for weeks. Iβve microdosed intuitively for years. I followed a protocol in the beginning but dosed as needed for a while. I feel hesitant to dose while in this state but also feel like it could be beneficial.
Iβd love to hear honest experiences. Did it help with anxiety, depression, creativity, breaking habits, or feeling more present? Did it not live up to the hype? What would you tell someone who is considering trying microdosing for the first time?
Has anyone tried to MD longer than the 4 on/3 off split?
I noticed myself becoming more assertive, articulate and patient when Iβm on it during the day which helps me a lot during the week.
Any downside aside from possible tolerance build up if I wanted to do 5/2 split?
