Dear FlyNumber Support Team,
I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding my recent deposit. On 16 june, I deposited $3 via PayPal to my FlyNumber account. The amount was successfully deducted from my bank account, but it was not credited to my FlyNumber balance.
To make matters worse, my account was subsequently blocked without explanation, leaving me unable to access the service or the funds I rightfully paid.
This situation is unacceptable. I request the following actions immediately:

Credit the $3 deposit to my FlyNumber balance, or issue a full refund to my PayPal/bank account.

Provide a clear explanation of why my account was blocked after a legitimate payment.
If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate the matter to PayPal dispute resolution
I expect your urgent response and resolution within 10 hours.
