Presenter/Member Rates
- Attendees that are contributing to UMISC by providing an oral presentation, poster presentation, or leading a workshop or field trip are eligible for the Presenter/Member Rate
- Members that have an active membership or supporting donor status with either the Invasive Plants Association of Wisconsin or the Midwest Invasive Plant Network are also eligible for the Speaker/Member Rate. Contact MIPN or IPAW if you are unsure of your member/donor status
- Attendees registering at the student rate, must be current students with an active .edu email address
Registration 1-2-3
Step 1: Choose a registration ticket option (full conference, single day, virtual, etc). Those attending in person can also opt to add a field trip or workshop. All field trips and workshops are offered on the afternoon of Tuesday October 6th. In most cases, attendees should limit their selection to either one field trip OR one workshop to avoid schedule conflicts. Most field trips and workshops require an additional fee. All trips and workshops require pre-registration. If you have a coupon code for a complimentary or discounted registration, enter it on the "Ticket" page. Coupon codes only apply to general registration. They do not apply to field trip or workshop add-ons.
Step 2: Provide attendee information: If you are purchasing registration for others, please be sure to include the name of the person who will be in attendance in the "Attendee First and Last Name" field. You have the option to register more than one person. After completing the fields on the "My Information" page, click "Next". There is an "Add Another Participant" button below the blue Registration Summary section and before "Choose a Payment Method".
Step 3: Confirmation and payment: If you need to go back and modify your ticket selection or registrant information, use the blue "Previous" button on the bottom left of the screen (not the back button in your browser). Once you click on "Confirm & Checkout" you will receive a confirmation email from EventMobi. This email will be generated by EventMobi regardless of whether your payment was successfully processed. Please be sure to verify that your payment has been processed. You can pay by credit card, use the Link app, or arrange a bank transfer. If you need an invoice, please email the Conference Admin.
