Hello, hello!  85a is the premature graphics community maintained by hotshiat_pika, poisonkira, &  tahu. We've got some way to go, but with your comments and opinions, we expect to improve as best as we can! The name is that of Yelle's song 85a. hotshiat_pika Most of the icons I make are based off of the jrock fandom, but I do stray towards other artists and a variety of actors/actresses as well as models, both in real life and the industry. I also provide bases in separate posts from time to time mostly based on request. poisonkira I also do mostly jrock-fandom based graphics, text icons, and food. (whether it be cute, gourmet, or your average cheetoh) I make graphics from icons to wallpapers and most things in between--there's nothing like a good challenge. tahu I like movies so I tend to make a lot of icons for movies that I like, and that I own. I also do stock when I'm feeling bored or I just want to experiment. If I'm taking requests, I'll make a post because hey, a who doesn't like a challenge? hotshiat_pika My style is simple and bold when it comes to most of my icons, but every now and then I use a little glamour. poisonkira My style varies, but I work mostly with coloration and texture. From subtle to flashy. tahu My style is very simple, and I try to make it bold. Sometime I add text, but I tend to think brushes clutter so it's rare that I use them.
